Tortilla Soup

by Caroline Hurley
I was first introduced to tortilla soup about two years ago when I was in Cabo and I have loved it ever since. My first tortilla soup was so authentic and delicious and it is safe to say that one of my life's biggest regrets is not being "that person" and asking our chef for the recipe. I bought cropped brown Hollister leggings with lace on the bottom with my khaki school uniform. I think we can all take a minute to be glad that this look has evolved. There are a three  things I check for when I'm looking for a good pair of leggings. Thick Waist Band- The tiny elastic waist bands don't do much for comfort or looks. Read more [...]

How to Wear Winter White

by Caroline Hurley
Winter white is among the other trends of the season that I have discussed here and here. I think there is something so cozy about a winter white coat. It reminds me of snow, which is a precious thing down here! For those of you who are thinking, "What is winter white?", I'll keep it simple and say that it's pretty much any off white and may be a little on the cream side. This is in contrast to those stark white jeans you can wear in the spring and summer. I have loved this winter white top Read more [...]
